We accept standard UK pallets (1200×1000mm), euro pallets (1200×800mm) and half pallets. We also carry oversized and non-palletised freight — call us if you’re unsure and we’ll advise on the best approach.
Yes. Our vehicle is tail-lift equipped for loading at any premises — warehouses, factories, trade counters and retail sites — with or without a loading bay or forklift. Just let us know the site setup when booking.
Same-day collection is available if you book before midday. For urgent jobs, emergency collection is available typically within 60 minutes anywhere in the UK — subject to availability.
Yes — all goods are fully insured from collection to delivery. For high-value stock, please let us know in advance so we can ensure appropriate cover is in place before we collect.
